Returns & Exchanges
Did you get something you didn't like? Would you like another color? Do you just want a refund? No matter the reason, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on anything we sell within 30 days. Please follow these simple directions:
- Contact customer service at 1-888-674-8307 and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
- Repackage all products in unused condition in original packaging.

- Include a note that you want an exchange, refund, etc and your contact information.
- Send us an email letting us know the item is coming back so we can keep an eye out for it.
Once we receive your merchandise we will start the refund or exchange process. If the merchandise arrives to us damaged we will inform you immediately so you can initiate a claim with the carrier you sent it to us for. All merchandise we receive must be unused, in the original packaging with no outside box markings other than a shipping label. In other words, exactly as you received it. Please do not write directly on our packaging. If the above is not followed a 40% restocking fee applies.
We do not issue refunds for any personalized items such as engravings.
Colors shown online might be different than what is received.
Shipping and handling is not refundable. Any order that is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address will be refunded less our cost of shipping.
