Cigar smokers have one of the most elegant and interesting rituals around when it comes to lighting up. It takes skill to light a cigar and many cigar lighters come equipped with various devices required for the task. Some lighters come with other interesting features.

There are many lighters on the market at present which feature two or three jets of blue flames. These lighters are quite the conversation pieces in and of themselves. They are a bit larger than the single flame styles but they're still usually a bit smaller than liquid-fueled lighters. They are hard to miss, as well, and many smokers enjoy the visual display of two hot jets of flame touching off the tobacco. They're a good choice for someone who wants something visually interesting but who doesn't want the largest lighters on the market, the triple flame models.

For the ultimate in style, there is no substitute for the triple-flame butane torch lighter. These devices will turn heads from across a room. They're also hot enough to light up a campfire or lantern under almost any conditions. Of course, they consume more fuel in their operation. To compensate for this, they usually have the largest reservoirs of any of the butane lighters on the market. Still, if efficiency is the main concern, a single or double-flame model may be the best choice. These lighters are particularly well-suited to lighting cigars. The three flames provide a wide area on which the cigar may be warmed and lit and provide plenty of heat which makes for an even burn. They are available in a huge variety of styles.
