mr   I recently purchased this lighter and was very pleased when I received it. At 12.99 I didn't expect too much but was pleasantly surprised to find the whole lighter is made of a decent grade of metal and did not feel cheap in any way. It came with fluid already in it. Not sure if that's safe or not but a pleasant surprise. It has a great triple flame and I love the built in punch cutter as well as the fuel window to see when it is low.
